No Liability: The platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the rental of a vehicle listed on the platform, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or disputes between the car owner and the renter.User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their interactions, including but not limited to verifying the authenticity of the car owner, the condition of the vehicle, and the terms of the rental agreement.Rental Agreement: All rental agreements are between the car owner and the renter, and the platform is not a party to such agreements.Payment: Payment: All payments for rentals are made directly between the car owner and the renter. The platform does not handle any financial transactions.Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from a rental agreement are to be resolved between the car owner and the renter. The platform is not involved in any dispute resolution process.User Conduct: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the platform's operations.Termination: The platform reserves the right to terminate a user's account or remove any listings without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
